Salary range: $75,000–$95,000/year commensurate with experience.

Status: Full-time, 40 hours/week, exempt.

Benefits: Paid time off, medical, dental

Location: Hybrid work schedule with at least 2 days onsite per week

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or greater or equivalent

Position: Development Director

The Community Mediation Services Development Director will strengthen CMS’s capacity to provide services to our community by identifying potential new partners, new opportunities and increasing awareness of the organization.

This position requires a person that is a self starter and motivated to accomplish the development needs for
Community Mediation Services. Attention to detail and organization are essential in managing various tasks. Candidates must have Excellent oral and writing skills. Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite and Excel are required. This position reports to the Executive Director and Fundraising Board Member.

Responsibilities

1) Implement a donor development strategy to increase individual support in Clark County;
2) Manage multiple events annually;
3) Increase Corporate support and sponsorship;
4) Research and apply for grants and contracts;
5) Use Zoom to participate in various meetings;

This position is an excellent opportunity to learn about conflict resolution, mediation and gain valuable skills related to coordinating conflict cases in Clark County.
